    • 12-MONTH CONTRACT 
    • $33/HR. RATE

     ABOUT THE TEAM Global Talent Management & Operations (GTMO) is the connective tissue between on-screen Talent and the global businesses of our company. From Development & Casting through Talent Management & Operations, GTMO serves as the front line to Talent and their representatives to strategically manage relationships so that we are their number one creative partner. Serving as a central clearing house, GTMO engages celebrities for development, pitches and projects, and works with contracted Talent and their representatives from onboarding through production, promotions and commercial opportunities while effectively and efficiently managing business strategy to leverage Talent across content and promotions, prioritize their activities outside of production, and optimize global operations. THE ROLE The GTMO Specialist position offers Talent operational and strategy support. This role will facilitate logistics for brand and Corporate needs featuring Talent. They will be a partner to Talent Managers, Production, Marketing, Press, Events, Corporate, etc. to staff and manage communications, operations and logistics. RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Talent Management Support

    • Support GTMO and Talent with operational needs and client requests, including Talents’ schedules, logistics, travel, gifting, and payments aligned with contractual terms in a timely and professional manner, including interacting with clients internal to and external from the GTMO team, and Talent and their representatives

    • Coordinate with the Brand teams on the promotional needs of the Talent, and liaise with Talent for onboarding, preparations, briefing, and execution

    • Support initiatives to identify and promote new and diverse Talent, including systems and tools for tracking, reporting, etc.

    • Coordinate Talent name and likeness approval process, and advise internal stakeholders on Talent contractual deal terms and relationship nuances.

    • Build relationships with internal stakeholders looking to leverage Talent, including departments such as Production, Production Management, Business Affairs, Ad Sales, Security, Marketing, Communications, Digital and Social.

    • Follow and monitor Talent Social Media profiles and raise timely red flags with appropriate internal partners

    • Book Talent for non-production needs (such as Ad Sales opportunities, Corporate Events, Marketing Shoots etc.), and support a 360-degree Talent approach to advise on deal negotiation, coordinate travel itineraries, and shoot preparation/logistics.

    • Support initiatives to identify and promote new and diverse Talent, including systems and tools for tracking, reporting, etc.

    • Staff and coordinate Talent communications, operations and logistics for and at events, etc.

    • Project Coordination

    • Support and coordinate numerous projects with clear milestones and expectations, monitor project milestones and deadlines, prepare status reports, support GTMO team and clients in understanding the context of project and priority, and communicate the proactive and continuous status of projects

    • Support and coordinate on projects for cross-company and brand events , including Upfronts, gifting, affiliate renewals, social media activations, marketing shoots, corporate events, and initiatives

    • Support the GTMO team and internal clients for Talent to promote upcoming content, platforms, and priorities

    • Operations

    • Support a variety of systems, reports, and operations, including entering, managing, and running reports on confidential and strategic information according to established data management quality standards in a timely, accurate, consistent, efficient, and effective records management, and comply with Talent and contractual obligations

    • Data entry, management, and analysis with strong use of Excel/ Sheets

    • Contribute content, formatting, and editing for regular reports and special requests

    • Attend internal meetings to learn, contribute, represent and report back priorities and plans to support operations

    • Provide administrative support for expenses and large meeting scheduling for VP+

    • Support numerous projects in a dynamic environment ensuring and communicating clear prioritization to the GTMO team while recognizing and appreciating the additional projects that members of the GTMO team have as well.

    SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

    • 3-5+ years of work experience in operations, administration, and/or media industry
    • Familiarity with advanced functions of Google Suite, Microsoft, and Salesforce
    • Thrive in high energy, high profile, positive, proactive, deadline-driven, results-oriented, client service, dynamic, and attention to detail environment
    • Collaborative team player
    • Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication & diplomatic skills
    • Excellent time management skills- prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent administrative, critical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent work ethic and eagerness to learn about and contribute to entertainment and Talent business
    • Natural demonstration of emotional intelligence

    • Must demonstrate confidentiality and flexibility in accepting new and changing responsibilities
    • Discrete and protect highly sensitive/ confidential information
    • Experience in entertainment, Talent management/relations, project management and/or event management, a plus
    • Legal right to work in the US
    • Ability to travel when needed
