Yoh has an immediate, 6 month contract opportunity for a Media Content Licensing Manager to join a major Media and Entertainment conglomerate based in Burbank, CA

• This is a remote PST zone opportunity, must be currently located in the Burbank, CA area
• 9-6PM PST, Mon-Friday
• $30-35/hr.

POSITION SUMMARY The Sales Planning & Inventory Temp works closely with the sales team to create availability lists for all content within the client catalog, targeting clients that span across the linear TV and VOD marketplaces.  Creates and uploads content proposals into licensing database.  Performs clearance and research on underlying rights and materials for pending deals and updates department resources. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Creates curated client availability lists
• Creates and inputs content proposals into Updoc system
• Uses corporate IPM repository to perform clearance and research on underlying rights on client catalog and assists with updating Updoc inventory database and department resources
• Assists with maintaining content materials database and working with Servicing/Operations teams in confirming available assets and delivering content to internal and external clients
• Supports SPPI team in all client initiatives
• Other related-job duties as assigned

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE

•  Minimum 4 years related work experience required, preferably within entertainment industry
• College degree required
• Must have strong Excel skills (Vlookup Pivot tables!) 
• Knowledge of Access a plus, extremely detail oriented, ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment- ability to meet deadlines, ability to learn and utilize enterprise software applications, and be a willing team player
• Experience with Internal applications e.g. IPM/Cosmos is a plus
• Experience working within rights administration and working with large datasets also helpful
• PASSIONATE about TV and Film!!!
