Job Description

CONTENT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR IS needed for a contract opportunity with our client in the entertainment industry – must be located in the CULVER CITY, CA AREA.

• 6+ MONTH CONTRACT (WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION)
• $30 - $35/HR. RATE
• THIS WILL BE HYBRID – 2-3 DAYS PER WEEK IN OFFICE IN CULVER CITY.
• MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF VACCINATION
• MUST HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO:

• Mission critical position that scheduled and updates 90% of content inventory in scheduling tool (this is the only way the content shows up on the streaming platform)
• Addresses all scheduling issues with legal and operations teams the impact content scheduling.
• Initiates creation of Title ID’s for all original content, which is used by multiple teams across the platform to track content, metadata, and deliverables.
• Enters contract names and contract level info into Airtable.
• Tags content with contract info, avail dates and episode information

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excel knowledge required (basic formulas required pivot tables a plus)
• TV knowledge (what shows are on TV, what is popular etc.)
• Organized and capable of multi-tasking
• Ability to prioritize and pivot as needed
• Data entry experience a plus
• Media/Entertainment experience a plus
• Content Scheduling experience a plus
• Experience using Airtable a plus
