CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – CALL CENTER needed in PLANO, TEXAS 75074 for a PERMANENT opportunity with Yoh’s client.

THE BIG PICTURE – TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

• Customer service/call center
• Inbound calls
• Technical support
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Responsible for handling inquiries in our general information phone queue and processing software license renewals.
• Handles all customer interactions relative to general inquires, providing peer group results, and software licensing. 
• Administering the software license process, contacting customers to apply software licenses, and providing superior customer service.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE: 

• Minimum high school graduate.  Some college, professional education or a college degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience working in customer service for technical support or network infrastructure/systems related experience.
• Experience in a call center along with applied experience within a ticketing system is preferred.
• Will need strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have proficient computer knowledge including Windows Operating Systems and installation of software products.
