PERK INFORMATION:
*HIRING PERK—Hiring Perk of $500.00_ is structured in the following manner:_ $200.00 payable to new hire as part of their first regular paycheck with Yolo Federal Credit Union. $300.00 is payable upon completion of 6 months of employment and will be added to employees payroll on the first regular pay cycle following that date. Hiring perk applies only to new hires who had offers made after 10/11/2021.
*WELLNESS PERK—Wellness Perk of $200.00 payable to new hires in their first regular paycheck with Yolo Federal Credit Union if they are able to provide proper documentation that they are fully vaccinated and boosted (if eligible for booster) against COVID-19 within their first 3 days of employment. Wellness perk applies only to new hires who had offers made after 01/12/2022.
REQUIREMENTS:
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required along with a minimum of one year experience in a customer service related role. Prior working experience with a credit union or financial institution preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating policies and procedure manuals. Ability to comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write basic correspondence and reports as well as effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to the public, members, and other employees.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to effectively count currency and negotiable instruments and calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
