Our ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial and motivated intern who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has growth marketing experience and educated in outreach.

As Growth/Email Marketing Intern, you will assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across all channels including email, display, paid social, and paid search.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Helping with email marketing setup, A/B testing and analysis
• Creating marketing process documentation
• Developing creative marketing communication strategies to our users
• Designing marketing content (specifically email) using HTML
• Conducting research that will influence ad and email strategy
• Executing digital marketing strategies that drive user acquisition and engagement for key clients
• Identifying new opportunities and social media channels to drive awareness of Yondo's clients and job opportunities
• Support the setup and execution of paid media campaigns across Facebook, Google, and other ad platforms

QUALIFICATIONS This position is ideal for an Intern wanting to gain experience in email marketing and digital analytics. Prior experience is preferred, but not required.

What we're looking for:

• Detail-oriented, organized, efficient, and strong communication and writing skills
• Hustler, high energy, positive-minded, quick learner, self-starter, multi-tasker
• Familiar with digital marketing channels (email, facebook, search, retargeting)
• Comfortable drafting written content and crafting marketing email copy
• HTML experience a MAJOR plus!
• Familiar with Microsoft Word and Google Documents with a focus in Excel.
