Scheduling patient appointments according to doctor availability
Explaining intake forms to new patients
Processing payments after treatment
Handling bills
Attending and routing calls
Handle incoming fax, distributing to correct department.
Collect copays, co-insurance, patient balance.
Pay attention to details.
Stay in HIPPA compliance.
