Responsibilities: • Prospect for new leads • Follow up with until lead is converted • Continual contact with prospects until appointment is set • Maintain lead database • Assign leads • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline • Build relationships with businesses and referral sources • Stay updates on the evolving real estate market • Participate in regular training and education requirements Qualifications: • Self motivated • Enjoy dynamic fast paced environment • Friendly, outgoing and personable • Enjoys speaking to other people • Exceptional phone skills; able to set and close appointments over the phone • Good listening skills • Detail oriented, good at tracking activities and results • Energetic • Self-starter • Takes initiative • Flexible • Passionate about selling • Able to to use or quickly learn real estate and marketing technologies  • Quick learner Compensation: $50,000+ (Base plus Commission)
