Responsibilities: As an Insurance Sales Producer, you will be in a sales position responsible for originating and driving new business sales revenue growth of clients. In addition to cross-selling referrals from other internal business units, this role is expected to establish additional wins through an assigned book of qualified prospects. Qualifications: • Impressive success in business to business sales which aligns with the appetite and goals of York International’s services; insurance brokerage or carrier experience is great and interest in insurance is required. • Brand Ambassador: represent York International with integrity, empathy, and precision. • Strong visibility within our target client base. • Superior listening and communication skills. • Demonstrate the ability to identify and overcome sales obstacles on a prospect-specific basis. • Demonstrate technical knowledge necessary to communicate our solutions effectively. • Established or developing an understanding of Employee Benefits, Commercial Insurance, and Personal lines. • Excellent organization and follow-up skills. • A consultative, positive, and resourceful approach to dealing with prospective and existing clients, and associates.
