Self-disciplined follow-through is required to ensure tasks are completed in accordance with account team/client demands and in accordance with quality and procedural standards. Our team-based environment is fast-paced and requires collaboration and a supportive approach. As a support professional, you will help develop and execute client service tasks by working with Client Executives and Sales. You must be flexible and able to perform in a varied and sometimes challenging environment.  • Follow department quality and work product guidelines based on office training • Once trained, a thorough understanding and use of the EPIC agency management system • Once trained, thorough understanding and use of insurance company online rating and policy administration platforms • Commitment to building a foundation of understanding of all P&C lines of coverage • Client contact for day-to-day issues, issue certificates of insurance, process change requests, follow up tasks for underwriting information, application prep, and invoicing all policies and endorsements. • Better than average understanding of Microsoft Excel • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and responsibility for helping prepare proposals • Liaison with Accounting and the Client on invoicing and payment issues • Commitment to ongoing professional education Qualifications: • Ability to commute to Harrison office 2-5 days per week • Interest and ambition to learn and master the concepts of Commercial Insurance • Honesty and loyalty to your colleagues and your teammates • Care for our clients and an interest in helping to solve their problems and make their lives better Compensation: $50,000
