    Job Description

    A major patio furniture manufacturer and importer, is looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated person to join our import team, as an Account Coordinator.

    JOB DESCRIPTION / DUTIES:

    • Coordinate with merchants, customers, consumers, factories, sales department, design department, accounting team, and customer service teams.
    • Handle all relevant business activities, such as but not limited to; review quotations, edit assembly instructions, processing orders, follow up on samples, file documents, oversee shipping status, resolve customer issues, etc.
    • Process documents for payment with bank and/or customers
    • Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor

    JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

    • College degree or equivalent experience required
    • Must be computer literate, proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
    • Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills are a must
    • Experience with US customs clearance and import procedures is a plus
    • Knowledge of Quick Books, L/C, OA, banking documents is a plus
    • Team player
    • Ability to multi-task, and adjust priorities as needed
    • Thrive in a fast paced environment and able to work independently
    • Must have a legal status to work in the US
