This individual will play a key role in entertaining the world with the Midwest culture experience. We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual who is confident in filming and producing videos, shooting and editing photos, and producing live productions. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the team and actively participate in video strategy and production • Identify needs and opportunities • Film creative videos that have effective comedy timing • Film weekly podcasts • Shoot and edit photos • Independently edit and deliver finalized video content • Create a variety of social media content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc. • Maintain an organized footage library • Identify unique stories and engage followers across platforms • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Must be 21+ • Self-starter and innovative • Experience producing and editing videos • Proficient with Adobe Suite • Ability to manage multiple projects • Team player who is respectful yet not afraid to suggest new ideas • Willingness to be featured in videos • Travel up to 30% • Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights/weekends as needed or required Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
