You Betcha LLC This individual will play a key role in the production of You Betcha LLC merchandise. We are looking for a motivated individual to help produce and manage merchandise for our online and retail orders. Responsibilities: • Screen Printer is responsible for setting up and operating manually/automatic screen printing presses according to written and/or verbal instructions • The Screen Printer must be capable of solving printing problems and making print adjustments to maintain print quality. • Daily cleaning and maintenance of work area • Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: • High attention to detail • Efficient working in a team environment • Ability to read spreadsheets • Knowledge of the apparel/screen printing industry is beneficial but not required • Ability to manage multiple projects at once while demonstrating strong composure and flexibility under tight deadlines • Self-starter, highly motivated, independent, collaborative, and results-oriented • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Able to stand for extended periods of time • High school diploma or equivalent • Must be 21+ years old Benefits • Paid Vacation • Bi-annual Reviews • Health benefits not available at this time Compensation: $15 Hourly
