    Job Description

YouGov is looking for a Community Project Manager to join the Panel Products team. Working closely with a small cross-business group of passionate individuals, you’ll play a significant role in our mission to embed panelist experience into YouGov’s internal culture, and radically change the way we involve panelists in our work.

This is a highly visible role within YouGov. It’s an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the company's culture and commercial performance, and to positively impact the lives of millions of panelists around the world. You’ll report to the Product Director - Panel, working closely together to turn ideas and plans into actions and results.

We have big changes to make in months, not years, and if this excites you, we’d love to talk.

This role sits within the YouGov Online department, but will build close relationships with our Technology, Panel, Operations, Internal Comms, People, and Public Data teams.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Community management. You'll be responsible for building, growing and managing the YouGov Community - a place for our most active and engaged members to interact with each other and YouGov.
    • Communication. You’ll be a great communicator, able to adapt your style to suit everyone from YouGov’s CEO, to an 18 year old member in Alaska. Your written communication is excellent, and you’re comfortable presenting to both small and large groups.
    • Organisation. You’ll keep everything running smoothly – from meeting agendas to member interview scheduling. You’ll look at the big picture, but you really care about the details. You know what a good, scalable process looks like, and you enjoy bringing order to chaos.
    • Budget. You’ll manage the project budget, ensuring all financial processes are followed.
  • Qualifications

You’ll be calm when things go wrong, and able to think on your feet. You'll be a self starter, and you'll love getting things done.
    • PASSIONATE ABOUT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND ENGAGEMENT. You’ll really care about what our member think and feel when they interact with us, and you’ll be an advocate for this across the business. Bonus points if you’ve engaged with hard-to-reach or marginalised groups.
