  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Analysis and report development of both quantitative data and qualitative insights, with little or no assistance
    • The ability to write solid conclusions with minimal assistance
    • Creative skills for communicating a research story in a visually appealing way in PPT
    • Strong presenting skills
    • Understanding of statistics such as MaxDiff, regression and conjoint
    • Strong communication skills for managing team members, clients and vendors
    • Supervising and training research analysts, and ability to delegate where appropriate
    • Focus group moderation (currently virtual)
    • Inquiry taking, proposal writing and pitching
    • Support on marketing (ideation, content creation, blog articles, white papers, etc.)

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

    • Experience in quantitative research (including questionnaire design and analytical frameworks), e.g. brand health monitors, segmentation studies, customer experience trackers, etc.
    • Experience in quantitative research (including questionnaire design and analytical frameworks), e.g. brand health monitors, segmentation studies, customer experience trackers, etc.
    • Experience in qualitative research (including questionnaire design and qual methodologies like focus groups, depth telephone interviews and ethnography), e.g. persona profiling, buyer / customer journey mapping, ideation, etc.
    • Experience structuring research reports, writing conclusions and making client recommendations, and presenting research deliverables to clients.
    • An understanding of common statistics used in market research, e.g. conjoint, MaxDiff, regression, etc., including knowledge of where to apply them and how to interpret the findings.
    • Knowledge of analytical tools, e.g. SPSS, Tableau, R, etc., or/and advanced Excel skills.Experience in qualitative research (including questionnaire design and qual methodologies like focus groups, depth telephone interviews and ethnography), e.g. persona profiling, buyer / customer journey mapping, ideation, etc.

    • Experience across a range of research studies including segmentation, brand tracking, customer experience, product development, etc.
