Job Description

Young Associates is a growing 45-year-old manufacturer rep agency specializing in the Toy Industry. We are currently seeking a motivated and results driven Sales Rep to call on established retailers and establish new ones in the Austin Area territory.

Sales experience or retail buying experience required. Strong relationships within the toy, gift, museum, children’s clothing, educational and souvenir stores is preferred.  The ability to make a great presentation and to build a relationship and trust with the retailer is a must.

This is a Full-Time - Self Scheduled position. Light overnight travel 3-6 times per year, usually 3-5 nights per trip. Travel includes January and June markets: 3-5 nights in Dallas plus floating market in March or September and possible mid-December sales meeting in Las Vegas required. Other trade shows to be discussed.

This is a commission-based position.
