Young, Minney & Corr, LLP is a premier California law firm of 30+ attorneys with offices in Sacramento, Walnut Creek, North Hollywood, and San Diego, representing public charter schools in all matters, including all areas of litigation, both prosecution and defense. Much of our litigation work involves issues of first impression leading to appeals and writs.

We are looking for associates with 5-10 years of litigation experience in complex and commercial matters. Law journal, appellate writ or appeal experience is a plus, as is a background in trial court writ of mandate processes and strategies, trial advocacy training and/or trial experience. Contract and/or statutory interpretation, and clerkship experience are also valued.

Applicants should be highly skilled in drafting complex pleadings, excellent at legal research and analysis, and well experienced in the strategies of evidence, and preparation and response of discovery in high value actions. A friendly, collegial, detailed oriented strategist will be a good fit. We work and think hard in representing our clients.
