About the Role:

Join our vibrant team at Kids 'R' Kids Keller as a Young Twos Lead Teacher! This exciting opportunity allows you to nurture and inspire young minds in a supportive and creative environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and implement engaging lesson plans tailored for young twos.

Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.

Observe and assess children's development and progress regularly.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's growth.

Encourage social skills and emotional development through play.

Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and activities.

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom space.

Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

Must have a high school diploma or GED, CDA a plus

Experience working with toddlers in an educational setting is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for early childhood education and child development.

Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Willingness to collaborate and be a team player.

Background check clearance required.
