Our wages are based on experience - we pay for professional development classes as required by SUTQ - we start at a minimum of $11.50 - raises are every 6 months if warranted- we pay for all CDA classes!!!
YOUR CHILD can come to work at NO CHARGE to you!
Lunch on US once per week
Guaranteed hours- if child leaves early, you can use your time to clean your room, toys, etc
We pay for the Child Development Credential in Ohio

You'll have your own staff room with work station including computer
5 major holidays off – 4 hours per Holiday after one year, 5 hours after 2 and 8 hours after 3 years of service.
