Lead Power Washer Cleaner- 2nd Shift! Plenty of hours and we are flexible. You will be managing a crew and responsible for the quality of work, equipment, and your power washing team. This is mainly an outdoor position where you'll be power washing, pressure washing, and cleaning for our power washer commercial clients. We power wash and clean concrete, floors, buildings and more. We pay our power washing professionals much more than the industry average power washing companies pay. You'll be working as a power washer with the team at many different commercial and industrial power washing buildings. Having experience with floor scrubbers is a plus! We will consider experience in other industries such as roofers, roofing contractors, roof repair, window cleaner, contractors, carpet cleaning, floor cleaning, floor maintenance, commercial cleaner, and general labor.

Some of the job Tasks and Responsibilities- WE WILL TRAIN

Communicate with sales and office staff should questions arise.

Liaise communication between sales and clients should concerns arise.

Review the schedule. Prepare the truck/equipment for scheduled work including loading tools, equipment, chemical. Ensure crew members have completed prep as needed.

Upon arrival at job site, review job description, map and scope of work and communicate to crew.

Perform scheduled cleaning in a professional and quality minded manner which may include the operations of pressure washing, scrubbing, and sweeping equipment.

Inspect all work, ensuring work is fulfilled to the customer's satisfaction and Top Gun Standards.

Drive a flatbed, up to 24' in length, or pull a trailer to and from work sites.

Perform basic repairs on equipment as needed.

Complete all appropriate job and daily paperwork.

Able to supervise and have management skills.

Some minimal requirements for the position

Driver License

Safety is critical

Well-spoken, great attendance, and reliable

NOT afraid of heights (work on ladders sometimes

21 years or older to adhere to our insurance policy

Able to work with and move equipment, truck, etc
