Job description/qualifications:
Provide case management services for patients who have incurred work-related injuries.
Work closely with physicians and claims adjuster(s) for a cost-effective treatment plan
Development and maintenance of relationships with clientele.
Proactive in external and internal customer service.
Acts as a vital liaison between the patient and care providers.
Requirements of the job:
At least 1 year of Workers' Comp experience
At least 1-3 years of field case management experience
At least an Associate’s Degree in nursing with an active license in good standing
Preferred CCM or eligibility to take the exam
Values autonomy, customer service, and flexibility
Has the ability to set up a home office
Has reliable transportation; willing to spend a significant amount of time traveling (via car)
Is willing to provide professional references when requested
Written and verbal fluency in Spanish language a plus
