We are expanding Our Staff to support you All as our Forever Customers! What we do is close to our hearts so if you know of someone that would be a Good Fit serving our Your CBD Store Family. We're hiring! The positions available are part-time/full-time team member (Average 25-35 hours per week). There is also a management position available that will be promoted from within. There is true opportunity for advancement here. This team member would work primarily at our Milford and Branford locations, however, some training and events will take place at other locations. We are located 972 Boston Post Road Milford, CT, 885 West Main Street Branford, CT and 170 Flanders Rd East Lyme, CT. ALL INTERVIEWS WILL BE HELD OVER ZOOM UNTIL THE FINAL ROUND. We are open in Branford and East Lyme,10am-6pm, Monday-Saturday, 11am-5pm on Sundays. In Milford, 10am-7pm, Mon-Sat and 11am-5pm on Sunday. JOB SUMMARY/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: -Gains and maintains relationships with customers in a retail store environment. -Providing excellent customer service and growing professional relationships with our return customers. -Educating incoming customers, answering questions to the best of your ability, and showing customers all product options. -Maintains an organized check-out area for appearance and current promotional materials. -Making sure the store is always presentable. -Processing orders that are to be mailed out. -Completing opening and closing procedures. -Sanitizing the store. -Performs any directly related & appropriate duties assigned by the manager and/or owners. -Performs assigned duties with minimum personal supervision from the manager and/or owners. -Adheres to dress code: Neat appearance, no ripped jeans, etc. Business casual. -Preparing for and working events/markets. (some of these events take place outside normal store hours) -Outdoor marketing with flyers. -Calling to check in on our established customers for our loyalty program. DESIRED EXPERIENCE / CAPABILITIES: -Must be 18+ years old -Reliable transportation with personal car insurance -Retail experience (management history is a plus, but not necessary, as we promote from within) -Excellent communication skills, self-starter, sense of urgency, personable, extroverted personality, well organized -Flexible scheduling during our hours of operation Send a resume online or text “Job” to 203-606-0083
