• Ability to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the practice's growth
• Strong team management skills with a focus on fostering a positive work environment
• Competence in handling doctor scheduling and ensuring streamlined operations
• Comfortable with presenting large and complex treatment plans to patients
