Duties will include investigating and organizing loan plans, confirming customer data, and proposing loan products that are most suitable for customers’ needs. The optimal candidate should have extensive customer service expertise and a good knowledge of loan handling guidelines. On top of that, the individual will be researching a variety of loan programs and verifying customer details. The individual will be proposing loan plans that most closely match customers’ preferences.
