Responsibilities: • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Sell 3-6 homes per month • Consult with clients directly to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs • Always place the client's interests first • Create and present documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases • Attend regular training and education opportunities provided for you and ongoing team training to enhance your sales, closing, and professional skills • Guide 30 to 50+ buyer clients through the home purchase process each year • Establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented agents • Stay abreast of changing market conditions, economic trends, and applicable State and local regulations and laws • Be attentive and communicate with clients and prospects regularly • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections • Never Cold Call a prospect again, we provide the appointments for you • Maintain a professional online and social media presence • Be committed to practicing your craft full-time • Be willing to contribute and provide feedback on training and process development • Maintain a well-maintained vehicle and valid driver's license • Support team initiatives and growth • Maintain an active Texas Real Estate License and stay in good standing with Realtors Association • Follow Team productivity reporting guidelines • Be able to be self-motivated and accountable for goals Qualifications: • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Technology driven • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Texas Real Estate Salesperson License required (Not yet licensed?
