    CAN YOU RECRUIT? East Tennessee’s Top Real Estate Sales Team* is looking for a talented AGENT RECRUITER. Driven Sales Professional Wanted for Following Up and Recruiting Real Estate Agents Who Have Expressed Interest in The Real Estate Company of the Future: Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty.  The person best suited for this position has a great attitude, extreme work ethic, loves sales, and possesses DRIVE. The position requires a regular work week from our Knoxville office, with some weekend follow-up work, and is expected to earn a $100k+ income. *According to Stat’s from KAAR and GSMAR MLS Responsibilities: • All leads & script supplied! • Present compelling benefits to agents so they say YES to attending our monthly Agent Recruiting Event • Constant contact & continually follow-up (via phone the majority of the time, along with texting selfie videos and emails) to confirm Event attendance and/or schedule a recruit to attend a subsequent event • Present an update on the success of implemented recruiting methods to the Director of Sales on a regular basis • In addition to the supplied lists, on the look out for agents in our area and recruit them to meet the demands of our growing business Qualifications: • Focused, driven, internally motivated to overcome objections and push through rejection • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Great at time management and organization • Teachable, trainable & coachable • High work ethic and committed to a culture of excellence and inspiring others to be their best • Must be willing to obtain your real estate license Compensation: $55,000 - $100,000 Salary + Commission
