Responsibilities: • Conduct face-to-face appointments to secure signed agreements with buyers and sellers through showcasing the benefits of our services • Utilize electronic platforms to complete VIP buyer/listing paperwork and promptly submit it to the administrative team • Accompany buyers on property viewings to assist them in finding their ideal home • Maintain regular communication with sellers to provide updates and progress reports • Draft and submit offers that are favorable to buyers/sellers • Skillfully negotiate and present offers to sellers with the aim of achieving the best price and terms • Handle negotiations related to home inspections and due diligence matters • Review Closing Disclosure with clients to ensure clarity and understanding • Request referrals and encourage clients to leave reviews based on their experience • Attend closings to facilitate the process and prepare for future transactions Qualifications: • Must have relevant licenses (driver's license) • Active Real Estate License or have the ability to get licensed • No standing complaints at TREC • Passionate about selling • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Familiar w/ TAR documents a plus • Be coachable and teachable • Must be a self-starter • Goal-driven • Past sales skills a plus Compensation: $75,000 - $250,000 yearly
