Busy Knoxville Real Estate office is hiring a personal assistant and customer service rep! Duties include processing leads and inquiries and callbacks. If you enjoy working in a high energy office, speaking with people, and are looking for flexibility - this is it! We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, likes to win, and self-disciplined.

Pay is $36,000 year plus commissions and bonuses (First year projected income $55k to $70k)

COMPENSATION: $55,000 - $100,000 at plan with commissions

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Calling back property inquiries and requests.
• Processing leads to database
• Accountability and daily reporting
• No Running around with buyers and sellers
• First-year projected income: $55-$70k (Salary + Bonus)
• Second-year as much as $100k (Salary + Bonus)
• (10) PTO Days + (7) Major Holiday paid
• Set 40-hour workweek
• 12-8p on Mon, Wed, Thurs & Fri + 9-5p on Tues
• 12-8p (1) Saturday per month (off the Wed prior)

• Must have previous Sales Experience
• ** Real Estate License is NOT required to apply. **

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Computer knowledge
• A Great Attitude
• Some Customer service sales calling experience
• Good Phone Etiquette
• Organized and highly motivated
• Self- disciplined
• Able to follow directions
• Having your Real Estate license is a plus, but not required!
