If all the benefits of this position sound good, you're willing to work hard, and our expectations sound fun and exciting to you we'd love to have you on the team Responsibilities: 10-Point Job Description: • Convert buyers and sellers to signed agreements at face-to-face appointments using our benefits demonstration • Complete VIP buyer/listing "paperwork" electronically and submit it to your admin • Show buyer properties • Communicate with sellers weekly • Submit offers weighted in the buyer’s/seller's favor • Negotiate/submit offers to sellers • Negotiate home inspections/due diligence issues • Attend closing and repeat • Have open availability at least 5 days per week for appointments Qualifications: • Possess or be able to obtain an active Real Estate License • Possess a driver's license and have a passion for selling • Have strong sales capabilities or be eager to learn • Enjoy working in a tight-knit team environment • Demonstrate unparalleled people skills • Show great communication ability, both verbally and in writing • Be familiar with MLS systems and TAR documents (advantageous but not required) • Have a willingness to be taught and coached • Display the capability to work unconstrained Be goal-oriented. Candidates must possess an active Real Estate License or be able to obtain one. No complaints have been filed against the candidate at the Tennessee Real Estate Commission. A driver's license is a requirement and the applicant must be passionate about sales. Working in a close team environment must be something the applicant relishes. Outstanding people skills are a must and excellent communication is essential. Knowledge of MLS systems and TAR documents is an advantage, though not necessary. A candidate must be prepared to be taught and coachable. Compensation: $75,000 - $250,000 at plan earnings
