Responsibilities: • Negotiate contracts and close deals with Buyer and Seller clients • Schedule and attend pre-set appointments and convert prospects to clients • Provide exclusive services and programs to Buyers and Sellers during transactions • Research market trends and properties with assistance • Assist Buyer Clients in locating and purchasing a new home • Help Seller Clients to successfully market and sell their home in the shortest time and for top-dollar • Negotiate and facilitate sales for both Buyer and Seller clients • Supervise and manage all aspects of the sale • Participate In Our Exclusive RbidDeals and Sunday Tour Of Homes Programs • Guide sales team to successful customer closings • Achieve 5-star ratings and glowing customer reviews for exceptional services Qualifications: • Active GA Real Estate License • No standing complaints at GREC • Passionate about selling • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • Being familiar with area MLS's a plus • Familiar with GAR documents is a plus • Be coachable and teachable!! • New Agents with a passion for serving and selling • Experienced Agents with closed sales in the past 12 months • Must be a self-starter • Goal-driven! Compensation: $150,000 - $250,000 at plan
