YOUR MOM FOUND YOU A JOB.

    Congratulations.

Apparently she’s tired of watching a grown adult live under her roof while she gets up and goes to work every day.

    So she found you this.

LB Contract Supply is hiring Commercial Installers in the Madison area.

You do not need experience installing blinds, shades, or mirrors.

You do not need a construction résumé.

You do need to prove that you can:

    Show up on time

    Work hard

    Learn quickly

    Use basic tools

    Read a tape measure

Put your phone away when it’s time to work

    Take direction

    Finish what you start

    Improve over time

    We’ll teach you the rest.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

Our crews install commercial blinds, roller shades, mirrors, and related products in apartment buildings and commercial projects.

You’ll work with experienced installers, learn the trade, travel to jobsites, load and stage materials, use hand and power tools, document completed work, and help the crew get the job done.

    Some days will be easy.

    Some days will not.

    That’s called having a job.

    HOW PAY WORKS

We do not pay people like experienced professionals on Day 1 because they tell us they’re hardworking.

    We let them prove it.

Starting pay is based on experience and capability.

Then your pay can increase as you demonstrate:

    Reliability

    Productivity

    Quality

    Independence

    Problem solving

    Leadership

The faster you become valuable, the faster your compensation can grow.

We care much less about how long you’ve been working than what you can actually accomplish.

    YES, THERE IS BASIC ACCOUNTABILITY

    Your supervisor will know:

    Did you show up?

    Were you productive?

    Did you follow instructions?

    Did you complete quality work?

Did someone have to constantly remind you what to do?

    Did you improve from yesterday?

Think of it as a report card.

Unlike high school, your mom does not need to sign it.

    CAREER PATH

If you are dependable and capable, this does not have to stay an entry-level job.

    There is a real path:

Installer → Lead Installer → Foreman → Field Operations Leadership

Reliable people who can lead crews and get work completed are extremely valuable.

    PARENTS

If you are reading this because you are currently supporting a grown adult who keeps saying they “just haven’t found the right opportunity yet”:

    Send them this posting.

    We’ll provide the opportunity.

What they do with it is finally up to them.

    ONE LAST THING

If your mom sent you this job posting:

She is trying to tell you something.

    Apply.
