    We are hiring for an Executive Personal Assistant for the Founder/CEO. Tasks that follow but are not limited to: Calendar management, email management, customer service, scheduling, administrative tasks, travel, client relationships, and more! Must be okay with personal errands and tasks. We are a fast-growing team that has a lot of fun! This person will be the right hand and there will never be a dull moment! Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 Plus Bonus DOE Location: Please be within a 20-minute commute of St. Petersburg, FL. Responsibilities: • Social Media - take pictures, shoot videos, etc. • Calendar management • Email Management • CRM Management • Perform basic bookkeeping duties • Serve as the main contact for high-level executive • Help prepare meetings and take detailed minutes • Organize incoming information such as phone calls, voicemail messages, emails, and memos and report details to an executive • Take care of office management duties such as ordering filing systems and keeping track of office equipment and supplies Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills • Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information • Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion • Experience using Microsoft Office • At least 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, or experience performing supportive duties Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 Plus Bonus DOE
