Meathead Movers is a full-service moving company specializing in household goods, with 5 operations/dispatch centers and 3 storage facilities across California.  Meathead Movers recently expanded its services to include moving across the continental U.S. Meathead Movers and is the largest independent moving company in California, made up of a team of more than 700 energetic student athletes and more than 100 trucks.

JOB SUMMARY: 

The Front Office Representative will be the first point of contact within Meathead Movers’ mini storage facility and will greet, check in and care for the customers, as well as the facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Tech savvy individual that is familiar with various types of software applications, particularly Microsoft Office;

Familiarity with Site Link application a plus;

Ability to type at least 30 words per minute on a computer keyboard;

Ability to check customers in and out efficiently and process credit card and cash payments;

Ability to create and generate relevant reports in connection with the storage activity;

Must possess exemplary customer service, attention to detail and interpersonal skills, with the ability to follow processes and procedures effectively;

Must be able to perform light janitorial duties in and around the facility;

Efficient time management and multi-tasking skills a must;

Familiarity with contracts a plus.

WORKING HOURS:

4 10- hour shifts per week - variable

COMPENSATION:

$15.00 per hour plus benefits for this full-time non-exempt position
