AGGREGATE TRANSPORT, INC., is a transportation company based in Templeton, California, specializing in regional transport of material used in construction to include sand, gravel, crushed stone, slag, recycled concrete and geosynthetic aggregates.
We are an established carrier in the bulk transportation industry and are currently hiring truck drivers. This position is a local opportunity, you will be home after each shift. Aggregate Transport offers stability with consistent work year-round. We operate and maintain high quality equipment and offer a benefits package.
DRIVERS CAN EXPECT:
- $350.00 SIGN ON BONUS
- Work available Monday through Saturday
- Full time day shifts available
- Stability and consistent volume of work year round
- Home daily, local routes in the Central Coast, and Central Valley Area
- Transporting dry bulk, end dumps and semi-bottoms

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Locally transport sand, gravel, cement, and other bulk products.
- Perform pre/post trip inspections and accurately complete paperwork.
- Ensure the truck and trailers meet or exceeds safe operational standards.
- Interact professionally with all ATI, team members and customers on a daily basis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 3 years’ experience involving end dump and semi-bottom vehicles
- Current Class A CDL required.
- Must pass a DOT drug screening and physical exam.
- Good DMV driving record.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to climb into and out of cab multiple times per shift.
- Ability to bend down and crouch.
- Ability to crank tarps open and close.
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions.
