  • Responsibilities

    This position will help create a positive member experience by determining the individual needs of our members.  This is done by the top quality handling of telephone calls, answering questions, booking reservations, processing payments, mailing documents and various other daily office duties. Must have great Customer Service skills.  This position is part time.

    Job duties may include:

    • Answers incoming phone calls.
    • Checks availability and enters reservations.
    • Processes a working knowledge of a reservations computer system
    • Cash Register skills
    • Takes reservations and makes cancellations.
    • Reports unusual occurrences or requests to the office Supervisor.
    • Follows all safety and emergency procedures.



    Education:  High School Diploma.

    Experience:  2 years of cash handling and customer service experience.
