We are looking for an experienced Chief Operations Officer to join our team at one of the fastest-growing DSOs in Long Island. The COO will be responsible for developing and implementing business processes, ensuring smooth operations, and providing strategic direction to the organization. You will be responsible for driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of strong DSO experience and implementing innovative strategies. As the COO, you will play an instrumental role in driving the company’s success. The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000 per year.
