Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Support Associate (Full-time) dedicated to providing outstanding user support to every YouScience client (primarily educators and counselors). We understand the challenges teachers and students are facing and we are motivated to solve users’ problems quickly. We communicate with empathy and create a positive experience through our interaction via chat, phone, and email. You will be our Tier 1 problem solver, working directly with users and liaising with internal teams as needed to deliver an outstanding user experience. This is a fully remote position with the possibility of travel for in-person training and team meetings 1-3 times/year.
