Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Follow instructions and complete daily tasks with guidance from your manager. • Learn how to prepare and organize customer orders, including measuring and cutting materials. • Assist with delivering products safely and carefully to customers and company locations. • Help keep materials neat and organized (straightening, labeling, and maintaining displays). • Support recycling and disposal efforts. • Assist with building and property care, such as: • Lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal. • General cleaning of the warehouse and showroom (sweeping, mopping, trash removal). Qualifications: • Must be enrolled in a Wisconsin youth apprenticeship or school-work program. • Must be able to be physically present Work Environment: • You’ll work both indoors (warehouse/showroom) and outdoors (property care, occasional customer deliveries). Physical Expectations: • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds safely (training will be provided). • Some bending, reaching, climbing ladders, and moving materials. Compensation: $15 Hourly
