About the Role:

Join i9 Sports as a Youth Baseball Coordinator/Instructor in Jacksonville, NC, where you will inspire young athletes and foster a love for the game. This exciting role allows you to develop skills in coaching and program management while making a positive impact in the community.

Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct youth baseball practices and games, ensuring a fun and educational environment.

Develop age-appropriate training programs that enhance player skills and teamwork.

Oversee game day operations, including setup, coaching, and ensuring safety protocols.

Communicate effectively with parents, players, and staff to promote a positive experience.

Monitor player development and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance.

Organize and promote special events, clinics, and tournaments to engage the community.

Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.

Requirements:

Previous experience in coaching or instructing youth sports, preferably baseball.

Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with children and parents.

Knowledge of baseball fundamentals and coaching techniques.

Ability to work Saturdays March - May

Passion for youth sports and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Background check clearance required prior to employment.
