$20-$30/hr | Part-Time | Flexible Schedule

We run youth baseball and T-ball programs for kids ages 4-12 at schools and rec centers across Fairfax County, Loudoun, Arlington, and Herndon. We need a coach who can make baseball fun for a 4-year-old hitting off a tee and a 10-year-old learning to field grounders - sometimes in the same week.

What you will do:

• Lead after-school and weekend T-ball and baseball classes at local schools and rec centers
• Deliver OTA curriculum for assigned age group (we train you on it)
• Teach fundamentals - hitting, fielding, throwing, base running - in a game-based format
• Manage your class independently - setup, instruction, dismissal
• Ensure every kid is safely dismissed before leaving

What we are looking for:

• Baseball background - played, coached, or trained at any level
• Experience working with young kids (T-ball age = lots of patience required)
• Ability to keep energy high and attention spans engaged
• Reliable, punctual, professional
• Must pass background check + fingerprinting
• Reliable transportation to assigned sites

Pay and Schedule:

• $20-$25/hr to start based on experience
• Up to $30/hr for returning, experienced coaches
• 1-4 days/week depending on your availability
• Weekday afternoons and/or weekends
