$12-$17/hr | Full-Time (Summer) | Entry-Level Welcome

Love working with kids? Want to spend your summer doing something that actually matters? We are hiring camp counselors for our youth sports and day camps across Fairfax County, Loudoun, Arlington, and Herndon.

No experience required - just energy, reliability, and a genuine love for kids.

What you will do:

• Support camp directors and lead instructors in running daily camp activities
• Supervise and engage campers during sports, arts and crafts, water days, pool time, and free play
• Help manage transitions, rotations, and daily schedule
• Build relationships with campers and create a positive, inclusive environment
• Assist with equipment setup and breakdown
• Ensure every camper is safe, accounted for, and having fun
• Support safe sign-in and sign-out procedures

What we are looking for:

• Genuine love for working with kids ages 5-14
• High energy and positive attitude - all day, every day
• Reliability - show up on time, every day
• Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team
• Experience with kids a plus (babysitting, coaching, tutoring, rec - all counts)
• Must be 16 or older
• Must pass background check
• Reliable transportation to assigned camp site

Pay and Schedule:

• $12-$15/hr to start
• Up to $17/hr based on experience and returning counselors
• Full-time hours during summer (typically June-August)
• Some positions available for school out and spring break camps
