Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience working with youth or in a similar care setting is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with young individuals.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with composure and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
