Job Title: Youth Cheer Instructor (Program Coach)
Location: Northern Virginia (Herndon)

Job Description:
We're looking for energetic, reliable instructors who enjoy working with kids! You'll help children build confidence and learn the basics of various basic entry level cheer after school sports in a fun, positive environment. **

**What You'll Need:
**

• Experience working with children
• Comfort in an athletic or recreational setting
• Basic knowledge of basic entry level cheerleading sport (we provide curriculum and training)
• Punctuality, professionalism, patience, and enthusiasm
• Reliable transportation to and from school sites (no mileage reimbursement)
• Availability between 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM on weekdays (most classes are 60 minutes within this timeframe)

**What You'll Do:
**

• Lead or assist after-school entry level cheer sports classes at local elementary schools
• Run high-energy sessions focused on fun, teamwork, and skill-building
• Manage and transport your assigned equipment bag
• Engage kids in elementary school grades K-6th
• Ensure every child is safely dismissed before leaving

**Pay and Growth:
**

• Starting pay: $20–$25/hour based on experience
• Top rate of $30/hour for returning, experienced coaches

**Work Environment:
**

• Part-time, typically 1-3 days per week
• Classes have 10–20 kids
• Mandatory training

Expected hours: 2 - 6 per week

Work Location: In person

• Background check and fingerprinting will be mandatory
