$20-$30/hr | Part-Time | Flexible Schedule

We run cheerleading programs for K-6th graders at elementary schools across Fairfax County and Northern Virginia. We need coaches who show up, bring energy, and love working with kids.

This is a real coaching job - not babysitting. You will lead your own class, build skills, and make a difference in a kid week.

What you will do:

• Lead after-school cheer classes at local elementary schools (3-5pm weekdays)
• Run high-energy sessions focused on fun, teamwork, and skill-building
• Manage your equipment bag and ensure every kid is safely dismissed

What we are looking for:

• Experience with kids (coaching, teaching, camps, rec - any counts)
• Basic cheer knowledge (we provide curriculum and training)
• Reliable, punctual, professional - kids and parents are counting on you
• Must pass background check + fingerprinting
• Reliable transportation to school sites

Pay and Schedule:

• $20-$25/hr to start based on experience
• Up to $30/hr for returning experienced coaches
• 1-3 days/week, 10-20 kids per class
