We Can Teach Soccer. We Can't Teach Heart.

    Some people have a gift.

They walk into a room and children naturally respond to them. They bring energy, create excitement, and know how to lead with both confidence and kindness.

If that's you, Soccer Shots might be the perfect fit.

We're looking for high-energy, purpose-driven coaches to introduce children ages 2-8 to the game of soccer - and to something even bigger.

Because this isn't just about soccer.

It's about confidence, character, and helping children discover they can do hard things.

Who We Are Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with a simple mission:

To positively impact children's lives through the game of soccer.

Every session is age appropriate, character-focused, high-energy, and fun.

We believe soccer is a vehicle for something greater.

The goal isn't just teaching soccer skills. It's helping children build confidence, show respect, encourage others, persevere through challenges, and develop a love for being active.

We teach soccer. We build people.

Who We're Looking For Many of our coaches didn't come from a soccer background. They came from teaching, childcare, church ministry, summer camps, music programs, and youth mentoring.

    Why?

    Because soccer can be taught.

We're looking for people who can:

    Lead a group with confidence

    Connect naturally with young children

    Bring positive energy every session

Communicate well and follow through on commitments

If people often tell you, "Kids seem to love you," there's a good chance you'll thrive on our team.

Scheduling & Commitment Soccer Shots operates in 11 coaching blocks each week:

    Monday - Friday mornings

    Monday - Friday afternoons/evenings

    Saturday mornings

Coaches must be available for at least three coaching blocks per week.

Schedules remain consistent throughout each 10-12 week season, allowing coaches to build meaningful relationships with the same children, families, and schools week after week.

What You'll Do You'll lead fun, fast-paced Soccer Shots sessions for children ages 2-8 using our proven curriculum.

    You'll:

Lead classes of up to 12 children

    Facilitate engaging games and activities

Create a safe, positive learning environment

Communicate professionally with families and staff

This Role Is a Great Fit If You....

    Love working with young children

Want work that makes a meaningful impact

Are dependable, coachable, and eager to grow

This Probably Isn't For You If...

You're looking for a job where you can simply show up and coast

You're uncomfortable leading a group of children

Your availability changes frequently from week to week

You don't genuinely enjoy being around young children

    What You'll Receive

    Paid training

    CPR & First Aid certification

    Ongoing coaching and support

    Opportunities for growth and advancement

Most importantly, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children every week.

    Requirements:

    At least 18 years old

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Reliable transportation

Ability to pass required background checks

    Willingness to complete training requirements

    Hiring Process:

    Applications reviewed within 24 hours

    Interviews scheduled promptly

Typical hiring process completed within 7 days

Ready to Apply? If you're energetic, dependable, and passionate about helping children grow, we'd love to meet you.
