We grow kids, not just coders. We are seeking an energetic Part-Time Lead Instructor to join Love to Code Academy for Fall 2026 and run coding and robotics classes while guiding students as they grow through challenge, teamwork, and real responsibility. This is a part-time role (20–25 hours per week) serving K–8 students, with after-school, evening, and occasional weekend hours. At Love to Code Academy, instructors are coaches of character who create a supportive environment, guide students through challenges, reinforce positive behaviors, and support meaningful student development. The Lead Instructor is responsible for leading a classroom of K–8 students through hands-on coding and robotics projects, delivering clear instruction while fostering a positive classroom culture and high levels of student engagement. This role also collaborates with supporting instructors, communicates with parents, and works closely with the Program Director to ensure consistency and quality across programs. This is not a lecture-based role; instructors actively engage with students through hands-on, project-based learning. A structured curriculum is provided, with no lesson planning required. We are an early-stage program with a strong foundation, and this role plays a direct part in shaping and growing our programs. If you are looking for meaningful work where you can lead, coach, and make a visible impact on students, this is that opportunity. Interested in starting earlier?
