Texas Tranquility Estates (TTE) is currently hiring Child Care Workers to join our growing team in Spring/ Tomball, Texas. TTE is a General Residential Operation (GRO) facility that provides care for girls ages 8 to 17 in a structured, family-oriented environment.

We are looking for caring, dependable, and compassionate individuals who are passionate about helping young girls grow, heal, and succeed. Our team is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for both residents and staff.

Available Shifts:

Sunday–Saturday

Some Weekends required

Overnight/Awake Staff

7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (weekends only)

3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and support residents throughout their daily schedule

Assist with transportation to school, appointments, and activities

Provide daily care, guidance, and encouragement

Monitor behavior and respond appropriately using approved procedures

Complete overnight room checks every 15 minutes when assigned to overnight shifts

Collaborate with team members to meet the needs of residents

Help maintain a safe, structured, and positive living environment

Qualifications:

Experience working with children or teens preferred

Child care, residential care, or youth services experience is a plus

Must be patient, flexible, dependable, and team-oriented

Strong communication and time management skills required

CPR and First Aid certification required

Must have a sincere passion for helping young girls
