Youth Director
Reports to: Regional Youth Director / Club Manager Status: Hourly (30+ hours/week) | Benefits Eligible

What You’ll Do
Kids Club Leadership
Lead with Purpose, Values, and Tools, inspiring your team to positively impact lives every day.
Create a fun, high-energy, welcoming environment for children, families, and team members.
Be the go-to leader for age-appropriate activities, engagement, and member experience.
Own the overall Kids Club experience, supporting your team in resolving member concerns with professionalism and care.
Train, coach, and develop Kids Club staff on daily operations, child engagement, expectations, and promotion of youth programs.
Recruit, interview, onboard, and schedule Kids Club team members to ensure proper coverage and ratios.
Execute and staff youth programming, including Kids Fit, Parents’ Night Out, Family Events, Camps, and Birthday Parties (as applicable).
Monitor daily reports, check-ins, and visit usage to track engagement and growth.
Ensure safety, organization, cleanliness, uniforms, time clock accuracy, and brand standards are consistently met.
Maintain compliance with waivers, child information, allergy flags, and department organization.
Work a mix of opening, evening, and weekend shifts to support your team and operations.
Mighty Camp Leadership
Partner with your Regional Youth Director and club leadership to continuously improve camper experience, enrollment, programming, and operations.
Lead camp execution using Mighty Camp frameworks that support financial success and family satisfaction.
Ensure child safety, engagement, and on-brand programming at all times.
Support preseason counselor training and ongoing staff development.
Track operational and performance data to drive an A+ camp experience.
Model the Mighty Way daily — coaching, supporting, and holding your team accountable.
Maintain required organization, resources, staffing, and state licensing compliance.

Physical & Professional Requirements
Ability to stay physically active throughout shifts (standing, walking, lifting, engaging)
Mentally alert, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and company software
Professional, positive, and solution-oriented at all times
Ability to work additional roles in the club with approval and performance alignment
Qualifications
18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year of experience post-high school
CPR, First Aid, and BPT certifications (infant, child, and adult)
Strong understanding of child development and customer service
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Reliable transportation and schedule flexibility
