Job Summary

We are seeking a Youth Group Home Staff member to join our team! As the Youth Group Home Staff member, you will oversee the daily operations and activities of a group home, including participating in all programs and activities within the home and working closely with the residents of the home to ensure everyone is compliant with state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrable experience working with youth with mental health concerns.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the group home

Work closely with residents to ensure all needs are being met

Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines

Handle accounts payable and receivable, as well as staff payroll

Handle scheduling, basic HR, and interviewing, as needed

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience with working with mental health youth

Strong familiarity with regulations on group homes desired

Experience with working with youth between the ages of 10-17 years old

Strong time management and organizational skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
