Youth Ministry Coordinator
Do you have a passion for leading students closer to Jesus? Lone Star Cowboy Church is looking for a Youth Ministry Coordinator who will lead, grow, and shepherd our youth ministry, helping students build a strong foundation of faith. In this role, you’ll work under the leadership of our Youth Pastor to plan and lead weekly gatherings, disciple students, equip volunteers, and partner with parents—all while embracing our mission to Reach, Teach, and Disciple.

Is a devoted Christ follower with a clear calling to ministry.
Has a heart for middle school students and a passion to see them grow spiritually.
Can confidently lead volunteers, connect with parents, and build strong relationships.
Brings organization, creativity, and a positive, Christ-like attitude to every interaction.
In this role, you will:
Recruit, equip, and lead volunteer leaders for middle school ministry.
Plan and prepare lessons, activities, and events that align with our ministry vision.
Communicate regularly with students, parents, and team members.
Assist in planning camps, retreats, and service opportunities.
Foster a safe, welcoming environment for students to worship, learn, and grow.
Required Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Enrollment in or completion of a Bible College degree is preferred.
2+ years of experience serving in a youth or children's ministry is required.
Experience in developing and leading volunteers and teams is preferred.
Certified in CPR and first aid training, and/or be willing to get certified at the time of hire.
Must pass a drug screen and background check
This is a part-time position, 20–29 hours per week, primarily Sunday through Thursday, with opportunities to grow your skills and calling in ministry.
